• How do I care for my plywerk?

  Can I wipe my Plywerk down with a cloth? Yes BUT we recommend you use a lint free cloth like the ones used to clean computer monitors. Note: Do not try and wipe moisture off of a Plywerk as it can damage the print. Instead leave it to dry naturally. Dust can be wiped off with care. How moisture resistant are Plywerk? If hung in a well ventilated bathroom both the adhesives we use will stand up to heat and moisture very well. We have had one hanging in our own bathroom as a test piece for over two years and it has shown absolutely no sign of damage from the heat or moisture. Note: Do not try and wipe moisture off of a Plywerk as it can damage the print. Instead leave it to dry naturally. How can I ensure my Plywerk a long and happy life? Avoid hanging it in a overly damp environment and/or direct sunlight.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  If ordering a Plywerk's (mounted) print, all orders are custom made and shipped within 7-14 days from the day (before 5PM PST, M-F) you placed your order. Print-only orders are shipped separately within 24 hours of purchase, and will arrive within 5-7 days. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes.

• What if anything else is wrong with my order?

  First, check the <a href="http://www.storenvy.com/help/buying">Storenvy Buyer's FAQs</a> for answers to a few more common questions. If all else fails, use the Contact form of the store you placed your order with.

• Where does this store ship from?

  Your order is shipped directly from Plywerk's printing shop and/or directly from the printer itself.
