What is this store's return and exchange policy?
You can return anything for any reason as long as you state that reason up to 6 months after the purchase date. We will refund the full purchase price, minus the shipping costs, UNLESS there is damage to the item upon return. We will evaluate the items condition and refund as necessary. If the item has been changed from new to used, we will refund 75% of the purchase price.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes. Message me, and we will be able to make a special shipping discount.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
What if I am unsatisfied & want to change something about my order?
We do exchanges for different items and repairs. If you want a necklace shortened or a different ring size, we would be glad to help you. If you are unsatisfied with the color, length, size, or anything else and would like an exchange, you must pay for the shipping to send it back to us and you must pay for our shipping to send the new item to you.
