• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If you are dissatisfied with any of our clothing for any reason whatsoever, you can exchange that item within 30 days of when the order was received. However, shipping of the item must be payed by you. If there is anything wrong with the clothing item ordered you must also tell us within 30 days of when the order as been received. If something is wrong take pictures and email the receipt (scanned preferably) to us. If something is determined as wrong then we will pay for all shipping and you will receive the new item as soon as possible, if nothing is found wrong then follow the directions in the paragraph above.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What happens when I place an order from multiple stores?

  Storenvy lets you order items from multiple stores at once and checkout out in one step. When you place an order from multiple stores at once, you will receive a separate package from each store. If you have any questions about your order, please contact the store that you ordered from directly.
