• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If you are unhappy with your product, please contact me and we will see if we can reach a mutual agreement. Return shipping will be paid by you and must be sent back in appropriate packaging. Damaged returns will not be accepted.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes! Shipping information is included at checkout.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What happens when I place an order from multiple stores?

  Storenvy lets you order items from multiple stores at once and checkout out in one step. When you place an order from multiple stores at once, you will receive a separate package from each store. If you have any questions about your order, please contact the store that you ordered from directly.

• What is your company overview?

  Baby C's ABC's are the inspiration and photographic art of Gina M. Secrist. An active stay-at-home-mom in Naperville, Illinois, Gina has seen an enormous variety of toys both in her own playroom and at countless playdates. One day (most likely in a state of newborn-induced lack of sleep), Gina realized that she was finding letters "hidden" in her toys. The rest is history! With Baby C's creative artwork, your child's name or initials will be spelled out via various toys. Baby C's is the perfect final touch to a baby's nursery, a unique baby shower gift, a sentimental Christening memento, a fun decoration for your child's playroom, or a much talked about birthday present. Baby C's beautiful wall art is sure to be a huge hit!

• Is your work copyrighted?

  Absolutely. All of Baby C's photos are copyrighted (c) 2009 or (c) 2010.

• I like the framed items in your background. Can I see more product samples?

  Yes! Please look at Baby C's Facebook Fanpage for many more product samples, as well as customer reviews/feedback.

• Am I ordering a framed picture, or just the photos?

  As I am currently just setting up shop here on Storenvy, at the moment only the photos are available. At the moment I recommend you find your own framing options either through a local framer, or even department stores, Kohl's, Target, Wal-Mart, etc. Stay tuned, though, for framing options!!

• Am I getting 4x6 or 5x7 photos?

  You can actually choose this in your shipping options at checkout. Each 4x6 photo is $5. Each 5x7 photo is $6. Shipping is a flat rate of $3.50 within the United States (whether you order one picture or one hundred!) It's slightly more internationally.
