Store FAQ

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  We try and take orders to the post office once every Thursday (sometimes more or less depending on orders). Once shipped most domestic orders take 2-10 days for the USPS to get to your door (depending on the efficiency of your local postal service). Internationally is a whole different story (around 2-8 weeks) since the order has to deal with customs. We ship United States Postal Service. If you have any questions, or think its taken too long hit us up at mail@simplestereo.com and well try and help you out. All international orders are subject to the customs laws of the destination county. Please understand it may take up to 2-4 weeks to receive your package. We have received some returned orders because the recipient (you) did not pay the customs fees.

• Tracking Number?

  Your package does not come with a tracking number If you would like to order one for your package please email mail@simplestereo.com after ordering

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Simple Stereo is responsible for sending out your order, but we have no control over what happens to your package once it is dropped off at the post office. We will work with you to try to find any lost packages but we can not be held responsible for any mistakes by the postal service.

• Where does this store ship from?

  Southern California

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes of course.

• What if I order other goods with a PreSale?

  Your order will be shipped in full when the presale item is available.

• What happens when I place an order from multiple stores?

  Storenvy lets you order items from multiple stores at once and checkout out in one step. When you place an order from multiple stores at once, you will receive a separate package from each store. If you have any questions about your order, please contact the store that you ordered from directly.

• Basic Store Terms

  Please do not send cash. A Shipping and Handling charge will be added to all orders. All online orders will receive an email receipt. No Returns. Sorry, please remember that we are an independent company. Returns are really hard on us. Items will not be returned or refunded unless we made a mistake. Thanks for your understanding.

• Do you have a tracking number for my order?

  Most packages are shipped standard USPS. Tracking numbers can be available but cost a bit extra. Email us when placing an order to request mail@simplestereo.com
