Mostly Shenzen, Hong Kong, and Beijing, China.
Preorders are shipped from Des Moines, Iowa in the US.
All items are shipped with a tracking number.
If you order multiple items, the items may be shipped from different suppliers, which means you will receive multiple packages for your one order.
Items are listed here as S, M, and L in reference of average American sizing, but the tags may be in the China size which is a size larger (American M=Chinese L). Please be sure to look at the garment measurements listed to be sure of the sizing.
If an item happens to be out of stock you will receive an email and refund.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Dollypop doesn't accept exchanges, and only accepts returns for unused defective items.
If you feel that there was something wrong with your purchase please send an email through the contact form and I will do my best to fix the problem.
Dollypop doesn't accept returns for the reasons of slight color difference, an incorrect fit, or changing your mind about your order.
Dollypop is not responsible for lost packages in the mail, as well as undeliverable packages from incorrect addresses given.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing time is usually 1-3 days.
All items are shipped from China by airmail unless otherwise stated, and take 10-25 days to arrive to most countries, however it could take longer if your country has strict customs or from busy shipping seasons.
If you are interested in upgrading shipping to Express, please send an email through the contact form of what item(s) you would be purchasing, and we will let you know what the new cost of your order would be. Express shipping usually arrives in 5-10 days.
