• Where does this store ship from?

  This store does not ship. You will receive a confirmation email with your PIN number. Keep the email somewhere safe for your records.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  OURWORLD Prepaid Cards, and unused credit balances derived from the purchase of Prepaid Cards, are not redeemable for cash (except as required by law) and cannot be returned for a cash refund or exchanged.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  You should receive a confirmation email within 1-7 days of purchasing. The email will contain your verification PIN as well as the instructions to activate your code.

• What happens when I place an order from multiple stores?

  Storenvy lets you order items from multiple stores at once and checkout out in one step. When you place an order from multiple stores at once, you will receive a separate package from each store. If you have any questions about your order, please contact the store that you ordered from directly.
