• Where does this store ship from?

  The little island of Singapore. All local orders within Singapore enjoy free shipping!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, we ship to anywhere in the world with the caveat that shipping times for our comic books can be long if you do not live in Singapore, Malaysia or Brunei. As our books are quite heavy, slow surface mail is the most economical option. Airmail would cost almost the price of the book itself, but is an option.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Local orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days. Malaysia and Brunei orders may take up to 7 days. International surface delivery times may vary between 2 to 12 weeks depending on where you live. International airmail delivery times are usually within 1 week.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We are a really tiny operation so we, unfortunately, cannot offer a returns or exchange policy. We will replace or offer a refund if your items are somehow damaged when you receive them or are lost in the mail. Please contact us and we will sort it out for you.

• What happens when I place an order from multiple stores?

  Storenvy lets you order items from multiple stores at once and checkout out in one step. When you place an order from multiple stores at once, you will receive a separate package from each store. If you have any questions about your order, please contact the store that you ordered from directly.

• I can't find a product you used to sell anymore or it has been out of stock for a long time. What gives?

  As we are a small outfit, our print and production runs are usually of a limited nature and it may be quite some time before we reprint or reproduce an item that has sold out. You can always tell if an item is low in quantity (less than 10 pieces left) by looking at its individual product page.
