• Where does this store ship from?

  All of our merchandise ship from New York City.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We hope you will be 100% satisfied with each and every item you purchase here at Nieryclothing.com. However, we will be happy to process a refund for you if needed. Please refer to the following procedure and policies when making a return: 1. Print out a copy of your Nieryclothing.com order confirmation and be sure to put it inside the box with your return merchandise. Package your return item(s) and Nieryclothing.com paperwork together and mail back to this address: Niery Clothing, LLC Returns Department 3399 North Road MSC#13097 Poughkeepsie NY, 12601 You may use any postal service you like to get the merchandise back to us, but we strongly recommend that you add insurance and tracking to your return shipment. This protects you from loss if the package should be lost, stolen, or un-delivered. You are responsible for paying the shipping charges if you decide to make a return. 2. Once your return package arrives at our Returns Department, please allow up to two weeks for processing. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been issued. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 14 days, UNWORN with ALL tags still attached. Items that appear to be worn, washed, or damaged are not eligible for refunds and will not be refunded. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Some personal items, such as underwear, cannot be returned, and will be clearly labeled on the website as non-returnable. Exchanges: Nieryclothing.com does not process exchanges. All items mailed back to our Returns Department will be processed as refunds. For Credit card refunds, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. If you need an exchange, we recommend that you mail your return item back to us for a refund, then place a new order for the new merchandise.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, we do. However, there may be a higher shipping charge to ship it to the country the order originated from.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  In order to provide a fast service, we ship each order within 24 hours of it being received (most times the same business day). Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 4 weeks.

• What happens when I place an order from multiple stores?

  Storenvy lets you order items from multiple stores at once and checkout out in one step. When you place an order from multiple stores at once, you will receive a separate package from each store. If you have any questions about your order, please contact the store that you ordered from directly.

• How secure is your store's transactions?

  Our store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL).
