• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Returns in original unopened packaging accepted within 10 business days. Exchanges of exact products are offered, provided the items are in new condition, accepted within 10 business days.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Can I customize an order?

  Maybe. We're happy to adapt an image or design for a specific request, provided it still fits within the overall concepts of our products. Of course, we will have to charge a little more for a redesign. Please let us know what you'd like.
