What is this store's return and exchange policy?
All accessories and jewelry , most clothing items and most footwear can be returned or exchanged it does not fit properly, don't want, mistakenly ordered , incorrect item received or is damaged during shipping ; but all must be shipped back/returned within one week of receiving your order (seven business days) regardless of the reason for return. Items will not be accepted for refund or exchange after the one week window and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items returned after the one week window will not be accepted or returned to the customer. Exchanges for items bought while on sale have the exchange value of the sale price paid at the time.
All returns , refunds and/or exchanges item(s) must be returned in NEW unworn condition. Returned items that are worn , ripped, ruined , soiled, stained , foul odors (smoke, chemicals, water/damp , and all other household/household related odors) or any type of damage to the item(s) regardless of the reason will NOT be accepted. If any returned items show these or any condition issues that are deemed to alter the condition from NEW the return will not be accepted and the refund or exchange will not be processed. Returns rejected due to these reasons will not be returned/shipped back to the customer. Please take care if a return is to be made to make sure the item is not worn, smelling, or damaged prior to shipping back to ensure there are no issues that can affect the return process.
All cell phone cases orders/sales are final (not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable). We can not resell these items as they are made to order for each customer. Cases ordered for the wrong phone make/model by the customer are also not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable and are not the responsibility of Princess Armor. This is the fault of the customer and cases are handmade to/per order and can not be resold. Please make sure to place cell and other device case(s) orders for the proper make/model.
If a case is damaged during shipping we will fix or exchange the case (if it can not be fixed) ; which must be shipped back within 5 business days of receiving the item. Broken cases that sustain damage after the one week return window are not the responsibility of Princess Armor but can be fixed , if possible to fix and depending on the extent of the damage ; for a repair fee and shipping is paid both ways by the customer. All Repair fees are based on the extent of the damage ascertained by photos and/or in person once shipped back to us.
Princess Armor is not responsible for damage to any items after the one week window. All returns/exchanges after the one week return window will not be accepted. Returns/exchanges returned after the one week window are not the responsibility of Princess Armor and if received via mail they will not be returned to the customer. Original and return shipping costs are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Normally we do not offer but in the event a label is provided by our company , it will be deducted from the refund.
Items are shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase , if the wrong address is provided , Princess Armor is not responsible and the customer is not entitled to a replacement item ; as this is the fault of the customer. Please make sure all shipping and all other pertinent information is correct at checkout. Princess Armor recommends customers to get tracking numbers with return packages, so there is proper recourse if there are any issues with packages being returned. Princess Armor is not responsible for packages lost or sent to the wrong address when being mailed back to us. Princess Armor is not responsible for any damages/injuries to ones self or one's products/belongings (phones etc.) while using (before, during or after) as a result of or while using/wearing our items.
All BATHING SUITS and HATS sales are FINAL, they are not returnable , refundable or exchangeable , due to sanitary reasons, for both types of products. There are measurement charts to follow for bathing suit purchases, please make sure to purchase the correct size as the sales are final.
For promotional or gift items received from a qualified purchase or purchase amounts (i.e. autographs etc.) these must be returned if the purchased items being returned no longer qualify/entitle the customer to receive/keep the promotional/gift item(s). These items must be returned with the returned merchandise within the return window item frame for us to accept the return/refund. If a customer returns the items and due to this no longer qualifies for the gift/promotional item and does not return the gift/promotional items with the other purchased items being returned (that they are no longer entitled to) the return/exchange/refund will not be accepted or applied. If the returned item(s) do not affect the order's entitlement status (value of the order) for the promotional items then the return can be made without sending them back. But if the item(s) returned results in being ineligible to keep/recieve the promo items (autographs etc.) they must be shipped back with the items for the return to be accepted.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes we we ship everywhere internationally ; however certain countries shipping takes longer than others, so please email us if concerned or for a particular shipping time estimate for the specific country.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic USA orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service and where a customer is located. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. For International orders , the vast majority of the time the packages arrive within 8-10 business days. However, for various countries, customs can hold packages for a period of time before delivery which can slightly delay arrival.

How long does it take for my order to process?
Provided the item(s) in an order are in stock , orders are processed between 1-3 business days. In most cases orders are processed that same or the next day. In the event items are not in stock , it may delay processing for a few days but do not worry the item will be in stock shortly as we are constantly have items come in and restock everyday. For preorders, their processing, and all overall info ; please see the FAQ regarding preorders.
How long do cell phone cases take to make and ship?
Cell phone cases' completion time estimates vary from style to style. In general most cases take around a week or two to be made up, glued, dried and shipped out (unless otherwise indicated on the product listing) . All our cases are handmade and custom. Cases are hand placed and glued and at least 4-7 days afterwards must be allowed for the case to fully dry before they are shipped out (in order to ensure decorations adhere strong). Printed cases are also done in house ; but also allow around a week for the printed design to be formatted, printed out on the case and drying time (to make sure case is fully dried) prior to shipment. Time estimates for custom personalized cases may take a little longer. For custom requested personalized cases certain decorations may need to be ordered out and designs must be agreed upon via email discussion and pics with the customer which can make it a slightly longer process than our already designed case styles listed on our site. If any personalization/customization requests are desired to one of our existing/listed case styles please email us prior to purchase (rather than after) as in most instances the cases are started to be made not long after purchased. This way we can let you know if it is possible to alter one of our designs and if any fees are incurred (due to some decorations increase the price of already designed case styles) ; and some decorations may not fit one of our listed designs ; so please email us prior to purchase.

What if I need an item(s) for a certain date?
Please contact us at email@example.com , prior to purchasing if any item(s) are needed for a particular date. We will provide you shipping options and estimates, if the item is in stock , when will be in stock , when it will be shipping out ; and if the date is realistic/possible for the receiving of ordered item(s). Princess Armor is not responsible for items arriving by a certain date for any reason ; however , please contact us ahead of time to best discuss the options to get any item(s)/order(s) by the time needed.
What if my order is taking longer than usual to get to me once shipped?
Once orders are shipped , Princess Armor is not in control of shipping carriers procedures or policies. Please understand like all companies we rely on shipping carriers and once orders are shipped packages are in the hands and control of the shipping carrier. On very rare occasions, delays can happen for various reasons. Please feel free to contact us with any concerns if packages are taking longer than expected or any general shipping enquiries. As an additional resource, the shipping company used for your order can be contacted directly for more/further information. Please go through the shipping company's site to do an electronic enquiry or to obtain their phone number (we almost always use USPS which is www.USPS.com ) with the tracking number and they can provide additional information.
Can I expedite shipping or add insurance on an order(s)?
Yes both are available. For a fee shipping can be expedited ; the expedited fee is determined by the size and weight of the order/package and the degree shipping speed requested by the customer. Insurance can also be added for a fee , this fee is determined by the desired amount of insurance , and the size and value of the order. These added shipping features can only be completed prior to shipment. Once shipped these actions can no longer be applied ; if either or both of these features are wanted please email us prior to placing the order to discuss pricing.
Can I amend/change the shipping address after the order has been placed?
Customers must provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We highly recommend providing the correct shipping address at checkout ; because once orders are shipped we can not redirect them and are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address , on account of customer error. If an address was inputted incorrectly or the wrong address given please notify us immediately via email and we will try to remedy this issue. As we stated we highly recommend providing the correct shipping address at checkout because even when we notify (leave an electronic note) for the shipping department ; due to the high shipping volume they can occasionally overlook it. Please provide the correct shipping address at checkout and any issues regarding shipping/shipping addresses after orders are placed please email us right away.
How long do Preorders take to process and ship out?
Preoders' time estimates vary from item to item. They usually take anywhere from 1-3 weeks for processing and shipment to customers. Preordering is a great way to reserve yet to be released items and guarantee them ahead of time , before they sell out.
