• Where does this store ship from?

  All products are shipped from Australia

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Due to the nature of the products, I can not issue refunds or exchanges unless, the item/packaging arrives damaged or broken. If this happens please contact the store with a photo of damaged item/s and they will be replaced.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I ship worldwide

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What happens when I place an order from multiple stores?

  Storenvy lets you order items from multiple stores at once and checkout out in one step. When you place an order from multiple stores at once, you will receive a separate package from each store. If you have any questions about your order, please contact the store that you ordered from directly.

• Are your products tested on Animals?

  Certainly NOT. I do not test any of my products on defenseless animals. All items have been thoroughly tested for at least 3 months prior to being offered to customers. I test all products on myself because I have sensitive skin.

• Do your items have preservatives?

  Not all of Scent By Faeries products have preservatives because they either do not contain water and/or are not likely to come into contact with water or moist conditions where bacteria can grow. Perfume oils and Body Butters are preservative free. Our goats milk lotions do contain preservatives as they are made with water.

• What makes your products a better choice than from large cosmetic manufacturers?

  Because all of Scent By Faeries items are hand made and NOT mass produced we make these in very small batches, so they will not be sitting around for long periods of time before they are shipped out to the customers. The benefits of this is we do not need to add excess preservatives to prolong the shelf life of the product, larger companies may have items sitting in warehouses for months on end before being shipped to retail stores to site there for another long period of time.
