  • What are your holiday shipping deadlines?

    Please see our shipping information page for more information. Please keep in mind that we are just a two person team and due to the volume of orders at this time of year we need time to package and ship your orders (hence why our shipping deadlines may seem a little premature ^^).
  • What is a Pre-Order?

    Items listed as Pre-Order are made to order and will ship 3 weeks from purchase date, unless otherwise stated in the item description (please read all item descriptions before purchasing).
  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    If all items are in stock, orders take approximately 1-3 business days to process. Occasionally we offer pre-orders for some of our items. These items are made to order and will ship 3 weeks from date of purchase, unless stated otherwise in the item description (please read product descriptions before purchasing). Delivery within Canada is usually 5-10 business days depending on your location. US/International orders take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.   • Help! An item I want is sold out! Can you make another one?

    If an item is sold out or no longer listed in our shop, it means we cannot accept anymore orders for that item. We don't have the materials on hand to make more at the moment. Please keep in mind that we are just a two person team, most of our items are handmade by us and take lots of time to make. That's why our items are often listed in limited quantities. You can subscribe to our newsletter to receive information about future restocks and new products.
  • Do you accept custom orders?

    Unfortunately at this time we do not accept custom orders. We do not have the time or resources to accomodate individual, custom requests.
  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We ship worldwide (with some exceptions) from Toronto, Canada. We no longer ship to Mexico and Brazil. I'm very sorry for this inconvenience, but almost every parcel I have sent to Mexico and Brazil has either been lost or delayed for months by their postal systems. It makes me really sad to do this, and I hope that the situation improves one day. If you place an order and it is being shipped to Mexico or Brazil, it will be cancelled and refunded.
  • What currency are the prices in?

    All prices are listed in USD. If you are located outside the US, Paypal will convert the prices to your local currency when you checkout. To convert USD to your local currency please use
  • Do you have a physical store?

    No, sorry. We are a home based business. We also do not allow pickups. We kindly ask all our customers to be respectful of this. Please feel free to shop online, our shipping rates are competitive and taxes are included in our prices for Canadian customers ^_^
  • What is this store's return and exchange policy?

    All sales are final. However, If a package has been lost or damage in transit, please contact us ASAP and we will sort it out ^_^ We are more than happy to work with our customers in these events. For more information regarding our policies, please read our Policies page.
  • Help! I have not received my order yet

    If you haven't received your order after 21 business days from the shipping date please contact us ASAP and we will look into it for you.
  • What are your shipping charges?

    Shipping charges vary depending on location and the weight of your order. You can estimate the total of your order by adding items to your cart :) For more detailed information regarding shipping rates and times, please read our Shipping page.
  • I have a coupon code. How do I use it?

    Occasionally customers receive coupon cards with their orders to receive a discount off their next order. These discounts are meant for RETURN CUSTOMERS ONLY, as a little thank you for their patronage. We strongly urge customers not to share this code with others or post it online. If you are a first time customer, and you use a return customer coupon code, your order will be cancelled without notice. To be fair to everyone, we want to keep these codes for their intended use only. We appreciate your understanding. If you are a returning customer and you have such a coupon card click on the "Apply Coupon Code" link in your shopping cart and enter the coupon code, and click Apply :)
  • Do you accept wholesale orders?

    At this time we are unable to fulfill wholesale orders.
  • How do I take care of my Jewelry?

    If you need to clean your items, please use a damp cloth to clean any acrylic/lucite items. A dry microfibre cloth will work wonders to remove fingerprints, dust and dirt from your acrylic pieces. For metals you may use a soft polishing cloth to freshen up your piece (if need be). Please DO NOT soak your items in water! Remove all jewellery before taking a shower or doing dishes. DO NOT clean your jewelry with alcohol or alcohol based cleaning agents, alcohol will weaken the acrylic and may cause it to crack. I strive to make my items sturdy and resistant to everyday bumps, but please be gentle with your new items. Do not throw them around or give them to small children to play with! Especially ones covered with swarovski crystals. Please take care of your items! About gold toned chain: All gold toned chain eventually fades over time. But following a few simple tips can prolong its life! Remove your chains before sleeping, bathing and doing and strenuous activity. Use a soft polishing cloth occasionally to remove dirt and sweat.
