• Where does this store ship from?

  All orders are shipped from the state of Missouri within the United States. Standard shipping rates will apply determined by shipping location.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All sales are considered final. Any and all questions or concerns concerning products should be emailed to support@highlandfall.com. Each case will be considered and handled individually.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  At this time we are unable to process and ship orders made outside of the continental U.S.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
