Your order will be shipped from Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota.
Orders will be shipped once full payment has cleared.
If you're local, shipping charges will not apply and we can arrange a pickup or delivery time.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
Orders will be shipped once full payment has cleared.
I ship via USPS Priority Mail with FREE Delivery Confirmation. Your order will be on its way to you within 2-3 business days of cleared payment. If your order is a custom order, please allow up 2-4 weeks, although it may not always take that long.
Some items under a certain weight may qualify for First Class shipping. If you would prefer to have your item shipped First Class, please let me know.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Sorry, I only ship to US and military APO/FPO addresses at this time.

I live in the Minot area. Do I have to pay shipping?
Absolutely not! Residents of Minot AFB, Minot, Glenburn, Ryder, and Makoti (North Dakota) can select the "Pickup/Delivery" shipping option, which is FREE! By using this shipping option, you agree to have me deliver your order to you in one of the above towns, or you can also pick it up if you have access to Minot AFB. What are your payment policies?
**I can only accept payment through PayPal on orders through my online shop. However, you do not need a PayPal account to purchase items from my shop through PayPal. You can simply use a debit or credit card at checkout, without signing up for PayPal.
**If you are local, I accept in-person CASH or CREDIT/DEBIT payments. Sorry, no checks.
**Please contact me if you are having any problems with payment.
**Please pay for your item(s) within 72 hours of placing in your cart.
**North Dakota residents will be charged 5% sales tax (I will send ND residents a revised invoice if, for some reason, the tax is not calculated.)

I accidentally selected Pickup/Delivery for shipping, but I don't live close by. Now what?
I will issue you a new invoice with for the shipping if you select free shipping by mistake.

I think I was overcharged for shipping? Is there anything you can do?
Absolutely! Shipping rates may vary, depending on the items that you purchase. In the event that the actual shipping cost and what you paid for shipping has a difference of MORE than $1, I will refund you the overage amount you were charged. For example, if you were charged $5.50 for shipping, but the actual shipping cost was $4.00, I will refund you $1.50.
You will be refunded through PayPal via whatever method you used to pay (PayPal, Debit, or Credit Card). Please note that it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
If you are not comfortable with this, send an e-mail to me at staci@countryscentsnsigns.com with your order and I will calculate the shipping and set up a custom listing in my store for you. You will then have 3 days to "claim" your listing, or I will re-list the items.

What is your return policy for HANDBAGS?
**Returns are not accepted on clearance merchandise**
Every individual handbag is fully inspected for manufacturer flaws and defects before it leaves my hands and is on its way to you. This includes, but is not limited to, checking for missing rhinestones and accents, making sure zippers and snaps function properly, and ensuring there are no rips or tears.
I only accept returns on UNUSED handbags with tags intact and attached, along with the dust cover, if it comes with one.
My goal is 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your handbag, or if there is a defect in it, please contact me within 24 hours of receipt for a solution.
You must contact me within 24 hours of receipt of your handbag for any problems with your order to get approval to return it. Once approved, handbag must be returned within SEVEN (7) days of receipt AND be UNUSED with all tags still intact and attached, along with the dust cover if it comes with one.
If handbag arrives to me damaged, shows wear, or has missing or damaged tags or dust cover, refund may be declined.
No returns will be granted after 7 days. No exceptions.
Once I have received your handbag, you will be refunded full purchase price, MINUS all shipping costs.
