• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All items are customized to your specifications, if for some odd reason you aren't satisfied I will either redo your item or offer a refund, this is a case to case situation.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  No...unless it's a large order and then price will change and shipping cost will do go up

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
