• How long will it take to receive my order?

  If you order an item that is "Pre-Made Ready to ship", it will ship within 2 business days of order. If it is a custom embroidery item, it will usually ship within 1 week of order being placed. However, please keep in mind that I am a 1 woman operation, and things will come up. Please Like my facebook page for updates on my work progress. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you do custom orders?

  I sometimes do. Please contact me at pinkberetdesigns@yahoo.com regarding custom orders.

• Can I use my service members uniform to have a purse made?

  ABSOLUTELY, when I am accepting custom orders!!!! Just contact me at pinkberetdesigns@yahoo.com You can also refer to my facebook page to see examples of custom orders and fabric selections.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, I will ship to APO/FPO addresses.

• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?
