• Where does this store ship from?

  From bight and sunny Southern California.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, International orders are a flat $15 shipping. We only use USPS. All shipment will have tracking number provided. *International orders are subject to being charged custom fees by the destination country's government. Step Four is not responsible for these charges or fees.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We only accept returns for EXCHANGE ONLY 7 days from the delivery date. Sorry but there are NO REFUNDS. Returns will only be accepted if clothing is unworn, all tags attached. Please email sales@stepfour.net with details on exchanging your item. For all returned items you will not be credited for shipping. Also the customer needs to pay for shipping back to Step Four. Sales are final for sale items!
