• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We accept orders worldwide!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. These times do not include any delays at customs.

• Where does this store ship from?

  All shipments are from Canada

• Are duties or taxes included in the shipping and handling costs?

  Shipping and handling costs do not include any duties or taxes due at destination for international shipments.

• Do you provide tracking information for shipments?

  All international shipments outside of North America DO NOT INCLUDE TRACKING INFORMATION. For Canadian shipments, if your items is not sent letter post, then a tracking number is provided. For USA shipments, if your item is shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel USA then a tracking number is provided. Otherwise, you will not receive any tracking information.
