• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Personalized items are only refunded if item is damaged. Items are inspected prior to shipping. Nonepersonalized are refunded the purchase price when returned within 7 days of purchase and are received in it's original, unused, new condition. SHIPPING charges to and from are not refunded.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Those orders are considered as they come in. Expect that shipping charges and times will be higher and longer.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
