What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Sorry, no returns or exchange unless a mistake was made on my end. I try my best to describe the condition of each product. If you need more pictures, I am more than willing to provide them.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes, I do! I'll ship to anywhere you want, as long as it's on this planet.
How long will it take to receive my order?
I usually ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
How do you ship and pack?
I usually ship by USPS First Class or Media Mail. If you want it shipped faster, please let me know and I'll adjust the shipping cost for you.
All orders to the U.S. will be shipped with delivery confirmation free of charge. Orders over $50 will receive free shipping insurance to protect you from lost or damaged package.
If you want FedEx or UPS, just let me know before you order and I can have that arranged for you.
Packages are usually recycled boxes or envelopes. This saves on handling charges for you. So don't be surprised if you get a package from us that looks like it's been to 3 different houses before it got to you. Although, I will NOT use packages that looks like it's about to disintegrate the moment it leaves my hands. I always make sure everything is packaged properly and that it makes it to you in the same condition it left me. I do use new packaging supplies if I have them on hand.
Your pictures suck. Can you take better ones?
Yes, I know my pictures aren't the greatest. I'm not a professional photographer. But yes, if you want more pictures of something, just ask. I'll be more than happy to take them for you. I just don't guarantee them to get any better, but I can at least try.
I never received my order. What do I do?
Unfortunately, there's not much I can do once the package leaves my hands. I drop off each order by hand at the post office to ensure that it actually makes it there. If your order ever gets lost in the mail, you are more than welcome to let me know, but again, the only thing I can do is to call the post office to see if they can locate it. Unless you have shipping insurance.
If you have shipping insurance, the post office can refund the value about of the order.
