• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 to 12 weeks.

• How much does each bundle weigh?

  Each bundle weighs 3.5-4 ounces.

• How do I maintain my Hair?

  1. Shampoo and Condition with moisturizing products. 2. When Shampooing run fingers thru hair with soap. DO NOT shampoo in a circular motion bunching the hair together. This will cause tangles and matting. 3. Please seek Professional assistance when applying chemicals to the hair such as: Hair Bleach and Color. 4. Once Hair is installed, prior to sleeping wrap hair with a silk scarf. This will prevent the hair from drying and breaking. 5. DO take pride and care into your hair investment. If the hair is properly maintained it will last.

• What colors does the hair come in?

  The hair comes in its natural color which is a level 1 or 2.

• Can the hair be colored and or bleached?

  Yes! Absolutely.

• Who do I contact if I have any questions?

  For any questions or concerns please click on the "Contact Us" link and an email will be sent. Business hours are from 10am to 7pm pst. Monday thru Friday. Any emails received after 7pm will be answered the next business day

• How is my order shipped?

  Your order is shipped thru FedEx. Someone has to also be there to sign for your delivery. If no one is available your order will be taken back to the FedEx store for pickup

• Will the pricing and promotion remain the same?

  No! All pricing and promotions are subject to change.

• How do I know when there is a sale?

  Be sure to visit the Online Store weekly or if you have access to Instagram follow: @elegantstylinghair or Facebook send a friend request to: Elegant Styling Hair.

• Is there an Overnight or Next day delivery option?

  No there is not. Delivery will take anywhere between 3 to 5 business days. I will try to get your order out as soon as possible but there is No overnight or next day delivery option.

• Why does the hair have a strange smell?

  All the hair that we supply is unprocessed and will have an odor. This can be corrected by using Brazilian keratin shampoo and conditioner.

• Is there a Special Order option?

  Absolutely! If there is a certain texture of hair that is not on the website and you would like to order, send an email thru the "Contact Us" option.

• Where can I found about the stores ratings or where can I rate the products?

  You can find out about the Onlines Store ratings by visiting www.yelp.com. Also feel free to rate our products thru Yelp. Your feedback is greatly appreciated!

• Can I pick up my order?

  At this time there is no pickup option. All orders are shipped to the address given by FedEx.
