I do not see the size online that I want. Is it available?
Our Website is a direct reflection of all available sizes we offer for sale. Merchandise is limited to the sizes and colors listed in our online store. If a size does not appear online, it is currently unavailable.

Where does this store ship from?
Orders are primarily shipped from our warehouse in Grand Rapids, MI.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will have you ship the item back to us at our expense and send you a replacement item. For items that were customized, for example printing your initials on them, we cannot take returns or exchanges. For other returns or exchanges within 60 days of original purchase, we will gladly take the items back but you will have to pay return shipping.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped each Tuesday at 3:00pm (Eastern Time).
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes, we are able to ship merchandise to international locations.
Who is responsible for paying duties and taxes on international shipments?
We have no control over duties or taxes that may be assessed. We fill out all customs paperwork with information that is accurate and correct to the best of our knowledge. Any duties, taxes, and fees that may be assessed are the responsibility of the recipient.
My international order is delayed. What can I do?
If your order is held up in customs we are happy to provide additional documentation if needed. However we cannot accept responsibility for packages that are delivered late due to customs delays as these are out of our control.
Multiple Product Orders
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all products in a single package, however items such as posters may ship separate from other merchandise. If an item is on back order at the time your order is placed, we will contact you to determine how to proceed.
During the checkout process you are required to enter certain pieces of personal information, including but not limited to email address, name and shipping address. We collect this information in order to process your order, but will not share the information with any third parties.
