• Where does this store ship from?

  Wherever I happen to be at the time - mostly, it's from my home in Shippenville, PA, but I send orders out from the road as well.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Case-by-case basis. If you have a problem with an order, email guilliam@whatis174.com and we'll discuss it.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Sure! You'll pay a little more in shipping, that's all.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders get shipped same day before 4pm (EST), next day after that. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• I preordered "Busted futures/Gentle Dreams" but didn't get my digital download. What up with THAT?

  Links to the digital download are sent out personally as I receive orders. If you didn't get your email link, it's 99% likely that I was just asleep when you ordered it. Feel free to email guilliam@whatis174.com though, and remind me!
