What is this store's return and exchange policy?
We know that trust must be earned, so our priority is that you, our customer, is satisfied. So, any purchase returned within 14 days, and in the same condition as received, will be refunded. No questions asked. Shipping costs, however, will not be refunded. We're sorry that shipping can be so costly and we do try to keep this cost down.
Do you combine shipping costs?
Yes! Shipping can be quite expensive and the final cost is sometimes hard to determine, but any excess cost will be refunded to you.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We will ship your order within 3 days, and will send you an e-mail to confirm shipment. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 4 to 14 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service and the distance involved. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care packing your order-it is so disappointing to receive damaged items. But if there is damage to your order, contact us and we will refund the amount of the item. Sorry, we can't refund the shipping cost.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes, but all duties, customs, taxes and any and all other costs related to shipping is the buyer's responsibility. These charges are usually collected upon delivery. Shipping charges for orders outside the U.S. can be costly, and we do try to keep this cost down. You may want to consider insuring your order, please contact us via e-mail to discuss arrangements.

If I make a purchase as a gift for a friend, can it be shipped directly to my friend?
Yes, just contact us at time of purchase via our contact page or e-mail. We can ship the item to another address, but send the invoice to you.
