• What is Garage Pad?

  Garage Pad is known for selling latest electronics. They sell Android tablets, iPad, and mobile phones.

• Why Garage Pad?

  Because the products we sell cannot be found at North America. Our products are rare and cannot be found at electronic stores (e.g. Best Buy).

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  As soon as we receive the returned parcel, we will update in our database, and we will email the customer on the arrival of the returned parcel, and the condition of the product. If condition qualifies for replacement/exchange/refund, we will process the RMA and dispatch the new product in 2 to 3 days, or refund ASAP. After the replacement/exchange is dispatched, we will send out a shipping notice to the customer. Defective productd for repair will take longer time. Garage Pad sales rep will keep our customer posted on the progress, and dispatch the repaired product after it passes Pandawill’s inhouse QC

• Where does this store ship from?

  Most products are shipped from China.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Free shipping will take 2 weeks around north america. Contact us for an estimate.

  A business day is considered every official working day of the week, typically Monday to Friday. That does not include public holidays and weekends.
