• Who (or what) am I supporting with my purchase?

  Bunny Made Studios provides a portion of the money you spend on our products and our time to local non-profits and outreach programs, in a wide range of areas. Baltimore Boys Hope / Girls Hope (recently featured on Extreme Makeover: Home Edition Season 8 Premiere): Provides at risk children with stable homes, education, and financial and emotional support. We donate material items on an as-needed basis. HIPS: Assists female, male, and transgender individuals engaging in sex work in Washington, DC in leading healthy lives. We provide gift certificates/vouchers for fund raising efforts. Maryland Lawyers for the Arts: Helping artists and arts organizations with pro bono legal assistance. We donate 20% of sales for our "Hon" jewelry. Litter pickup with Adopt-a-Highway and Clean Streams Foundation to keep our communities clean and safe. So far, we've gotten 4 of the 30 donations/pre-orders for the "I Support BunnyMade" t-shirts! Spread the word!

• What if I want a product in a different color?

  We LOVE to personalize items just for you! Drop us an email with the item name and the changes you want, and we'll get back to you with cost, deposit required, and when you can expect your unique item.

• I want something that you don't have on your site.

  Now THIS is what we really like to do. We've made everything from a 5 foot spider (named Bill) for a burlesque show, Steampunk leather thigh holsters and matching harness for DragonCon attendees, to a customized messenger bag for Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. Just contact us with regards to what you want (pictures and sketches help greatly) and we'll let you know what we can do.

• How much is a deposit on a customized item?

  Due to the nature of a truly unique item made just for you, we require a non-refundable deposit of half of the quoted final price (not including shipping). This covers some of our costs for material and planning, and ensures that your item will be made priority on our list of things for the bunnies to work on.

• Where does this store ship from?

• How are purchases packaged and shipped?

  We try to use recycled packaging with all of our products, so you may find a strange combination of padding protecting your order: anything from tissue, peanuts, plastic grocery bags (we've been known to forget our mesh ones at home from time to time) shredded mail, newspapers, small bits of fabric. We "shake test" the breakable items so that your stuff gets to you in one piece. Most items are shipped via USPS in Flat Rate Priority Mail boxes. Small (8x5x1) is $4.95, Medium (11x8x5) is $10.70, and Large (12x12x5) is $14.50. USPS uses recycled materials for their boxes. If you want to save a bit on shipping, you can visit USPS.com and search for pricing from 21207 to your zip, then send us a message WITH your order on your preference, and we'll refund you the money. Please note that we advise getting insurance if you go this route.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Please note, we do not cover VAT or customs charges in our shipping rates. Drop us a note to let us know where you need shipment to, and we'll try to get you the best rate possible.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  "Ready made" item purchases are refundable within 7 days of customer receipt, or exchange for store credit within 14 days. All items in resalable condition must be returned to our studio after 14 days of confirmation of allowed return. Money and/or store credit is returned after verification of salable condition, usually within one week. Due to the custom nature of a personalized item, refunds and/or exchanges are not allowed at this time without contacting Bunny Made first. If we have gotten something wrong (color, spelling) we will make every effort to get it corrected at no cost to you.

• Can I purchase supplies from you?

  Sure! We are in the middle of setting up accounts with wholesalers for just this purpose. Once we have the inventory, we will make it available to you!
