  Absolutely! If you don't see a certain charm or item you are looking for, let me know, I will find and make it for you! This jewelry is COMPLETELY customizable.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  As long as the items are in stock and once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Because everything is personalized we unfortunately do not accept returns.

• Where does this store ship from?

  Phoenix, AZ.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Obviously shipping will run more.

• I want to customize my own necklace and don't see the design I'm looking for

  Please contact me at 51stavedesigns@gmail.com, I can put together a design just for you!

• The little details?

  Please don't forget to type out the name/words exactly how you want it stamped (uppercase/lowercase) also let me know if you want a 16" or 18" box chain or rolo chain with your necklace order. If these details are not specified an 18" box chain will be included and the stamping will be how I think you might want it.
