What is this store's return and exchange policy?
We will gladly refund/exchange any item if there is a defect found within 14 days of receipt. You ship it back, and we will send you out a new item as desired for free. Many of our items are only stocked as one of a kind, but we will make every effort to work with our customers to find a suitable replacement. On colors, we have made every effort available to us at this time to accurately capture the myriad of colors in each item. If you receive an item and you are not happy with the color, you may exchange it but we will require that you pay shipping for the return and for the new item. Custom jewelry has a 30 day warranty. We will replace items in the event it is damaged however because it is a custom piece, it is not otherwise refundable.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
