• Where does this store ship from?

  All orders are shipped within 5 business days from Franklin, TN

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  You may return unworn and unwashed apparel and any unopened media. Trying on an item does not count as being worn. Returns must be submitted within seven days from when you receive your order. You are responsible for paying for any shipping. Once your package is received and the item is confirmed as returnable, a refund to your Paypal account will be issued in the amount of the item plus any sales tax you may have paid. You will not be refunded for shipping and handling. To submit a return, please use the "Contact Us" link on the storefront, select "Submit reason for return" from the drop-down menu and fill out the form. Box 682961 Franklin, TN 37068 To make an exchange, just follow the return steps outlined above and place a new order for the correct item(s) at your convenience.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, we ship using international USPS shipping.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please read the store's shipping policy for more information.
