• Where does this store ship from?

  California, USA.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Unfortunately, at this time, I can only ship within the USA, unless you're interested in ordering $60 or more of merchandise. If you are a customer outside of the USA, and would like to place a "bulk" order, please contact me at keovi@kendavi.com to make an arrangement.

• What method of shipping is used?

  All orders are mailed via USPS Priority Flat Rate (Large Envelope or Medium Box), and include tracking/delivery confirmation.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Shipping is usually done at the end of the week, and you will receive an email with your tracking/confirmation number when your order is sent out.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Defective shirts and decals will be replaced or refunded after documentation of defect has been received. T-shirts can be exchanged for different sizes for a $5 restocking fee, as long as shirts are returned in clean, mint condition. All sales on ArtCards are final.
