Where does this store ship from?
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Unfortunately, at this time, I can only ship within the USA, unless you're interested in ordering $60 or more of merchandise. If you are a customer outside of the USA, and would like to place a "bulk" order, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org to make an arrangement.
What method of shipping is used?
All orders are mailed via USPS Priority Flat Rate (Large Envelope or Medium Box), and include tracking/delivery confirmation.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
Shipping is usually done at the end of the week, and you will receive an email with your tracking/confirmation number when your order is sent out.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Defective shirts and decals will be replaced or refunded after documentation of defect has been received. T-shirts can be exchanged for different sizes for a $5 restocking fee, as long as shirts are returned in clean, mint condition. All sales on ArtCards are final.
