• Where does this store ship from?

  We are in Montreal, Qc.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  There is no refund on Digital Images. Once sent to your email, you own the image and we have no way to prove that you will delete the image if you are not satisfied. If you are not satisfied on a Product or Print order, you may return it to us and we will refund you your money. No problem!! No exchanges on Products.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Products are ordered from a third company which means that it must arrive to us before getting shipped to you. For this, it might take 3-4 weeks. On Prints: Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Digital Images are sent by email which are sent to you as soon as your payment is processed (which could be 24 hours)

• Can you change the colors upon request?

  Yes! If you love one of our prints but not the color.. We will be happy to make the print match your wall color ! At no extra charge! We'll create it custom for you!

• You don't have the photo I want. Can you do it?

  Sure! Let us know what you are looking for and we'll grab our camera and head out to try to capture what you want!

• Can you create templates upon request?

  We work on our Templates all the time and we'll be happy to create something Custom for you. Accordion Albums, Cards, Photo Albums, Actions, Presets whatever you might need

• I'm not a photographer, can I still buy your templates?

  Of course! Silly question :)

• I have a photograph that I want retouched. Can you do it?

  Retouching can be done on your pictures too! Just contact us and we'll talk!
