Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes, we ship worldwide.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Returns are issued if the item is defective, or in the case of an error in colour/design.
Please email us orders(@)zakkamart.net with a photo of the faulty item and the box/envelope it was shipped in (address and name must be visible) within 72 hours of receipt.
We cannot be responsible for lost packages or minor color discrepancies. If an order was returned to us due to an incorrect address entered, the package will only be resent at the customer's expense.
