Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes, we do - and many of our products qualify for free international shipping as well :)
All international orders are subject to customs/duty fees which must be covered by the buyer.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Returns are issued if the item is defective, or in the case of an error in colour/design.
Please email us orders(@)zakkamart.net with a photo of the faulty item within 72 hours of receipt.
We cannot be responsible for lost packages or minor color discrepancies. If an order was returned to us due to an incorrect address entered, the package will only be resent at the customer's expense.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times can vary based on local postal efficiency/customs clearance and listed below (unless otherwise stated):
Hong Kong/China: 2-4 days via SF Express
Taiwan: 5-10 days
United Kingdom, USA: 7-15 days
Everywhere else: 15-25 days

Policy on lost packages
Packages may take slightly longer than expected to arrive, due to customs clearance and postal efficiency.
Unfortunately, a small percentage may be lost while in transit and this is beyond our control.
We are usually able to have a replacement sent out, or issue a partial refund (75%) to account for shipping costs. Please allow up to 6 weeks to see if it has arrived first.
How do I track my order?
You may be able to track your order on 17track.net or on the website of your local post office. Please allow 2-4 days for tracking information to appear.
Do you offer local pickup?
For select products, we are able to offer local pickup in the Greater Toronto Area. This will be stated in the product description.
How long will you take to process and ship my order?
We usually take 3-5 days to process and ship your order unless otherwise stated.
Can you hide the price for a gift shipment?
Due to custom requirements with international shipping, we are required to state the value of each package.
Do you accept other payment methods?
Yes, we can accept Western Union, MoneyGram, bank transfer etc. Please contact us for more information.
Why do you need my phone number?
Your phone number will be used for shipping purposes only, as the post office may need to contact you about your damaged or misdelivered parcel.
