How long will it take to receive my order?
Once an order is placed it is processed and shipped immediately therefore cancellations cannot be performed. Domestic orders arrive within 7-10 business days. Orders consisting of preorder items may take 2-3 weeks to arrive (if this applies to your order we'll drop a remind in your shipment confirmation). If your package was declared undeliverable and returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, an additional shipping fee will be charged for the reshipment of your order. -
