Store FAQ

• Where does this store ship from?

  I ship from Beirut, Lebanon. Occasionally, if I have an upcoming trip to Europe, I may ship from there to reduce shipping time, but if that is the case I will communicate with you first for approval.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  I don't accept returns or exchanges. If an item is lost, I'll either replace it or, if it's not replaceable, refund you the cost of the item (not the shipping). This has not happened yet though!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Definitely! The one country I can't ship directly to is Israel, but if necessary we can find ways around that.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  From previous experience mail can take as little as 1 week to up to 4 weeks.
