• Where does this store ship from?

  We ship from Pineville, North Carolina. It is a small town outside of Charlotte, NC.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  You may return unworn and unwashed apparel and any unopened media. Trying on an item does not count as being worn. Returns must be submitted within seven days from when you receive your order. You are responsible for paying for any shipping. Once your package is received and the item is confirmed as returnable, a refund will be issued in the amount of the item plus any sales tax you may have paid. You will not be refunded for shipping and handling. To submit a return, please use the "Contact Us" link on the storefront, select "Submit reason for return" from the drop-down menu and fill out the form. We will then contact you and discuss the next steps.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
