• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Swimwear which has been used in the water cannot be returned. Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, some items (such as undergarments) cannot be returned once worn. Aside from that, you have 30-days to return any products for a refund on the product cost. Shipping is not refundable.

• Where does this store ship from?

  All products are shipped from Maple, Ontario which is located in the South-East part of Canada.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! You will need to provide us with a contact phone number so we can get in touch and verify your shipping details.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
