Store FAQ

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do!
  • How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
  • Where do you get your crystals?

I receive my crystals from all over! I like to specifically go to rock shops or to metaphysical shops and hand pick my rocks/crystals, but I will also order from online shops as well. I will also pick them up from the beach or the forests while I am out adventuring. If you are ever interested in a specific one, just email me!
  • What metals do you use? Are they plated?

I try to never use plated metals. I like to use solid copper wire and Solid Sterling Silver wire.
  • Do you offer sales or coupons?

I do occasionally have sales and I have just recently added coupon codes. I also will bundle items together if they are similar for a discounted price.
  • What if I don't know which crystal to pick?

That's ok! I can help you pick a crystal that is right for you! Whether it is something you are dealing with or if you are looking for a stone to pair with your astrological sign I can help you find the right crystal for your needs.
  • My crystal arrived broken! What are my options?

If you open your package and your item is damaged, you have two weeks to contact me (the seller) through email, with a picture and you can either receive an refund, or a replacement.
  • Why is International shipping so expensive??

International shipping can be a tricky thing to conquer at the post office. Depending on the package you use, the item you have purchased, the country it is being sent to and many other weird factor, the shipping gets expensive.
  • Where is my international tracking number??

Sometimes in international shipping, they either don't offer a tracking number or they forget to mention to you that it needs to be added on. All US orders can be tracked, some of the international ones, don't.
  • How can I set up a commission?

Eventually there will be a product page and collection just for that, but for now, you can always email me or contact me on any of the social media websites I am affiliated with. (Check contact info or the side panel for contact options).
  • What is a "thought bubble"?

This is what I call my scribbles or doodles. Just something quick to test out ideas. They are done relatively quickly (30 minutes) and are listed a pretty low price.
  • What is the difference between an ordered Print and a Linocut/copper etched print?

An ordered print is from a printing company. It is usually a nice photograph of the piece of artwork, then printed onto nice paper. These are not originals. A Linocut print is a print that is hand stamped. These are blocks of linoleum that I carve a pattern into, then stamp onto paper. This makes them more expensive because they are limited prints and the linocut block is usually destroyed. Making the prints limited editions. This is similar to a copper etched print. A copper etched print is a plate of copper, coated in a special ink, dried, then scratched off to reveal a pattern. Then, it is submerged into acid, eating away at the exposed copper. Once this is done, you coat it in wet ink and stamp that onto paper. Because they are done in a limited run, this also makes them a bit more expensive. So basically: Ordered print: non-original, a photograph of an original, printed onto nice paper. Linocut/Copper Etched Print: Hand carved stamp, hand stamped print. Original pieces of art. One of a kind. Limited run.
