• Where does this store ship from?

  Concord, NC

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Each item in my store is made to order. I do not carry items in stock so each item is completely customizable. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production. During busy seasons, orders can take as long as 4-5 weeks. Please consider this when placing an order and if possible place your order early. If you need your item sooner, you can purchase the "rush order" add-on.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Each item you order is custom made specifically for you. Due to that, all SALES ARE FINAL. I try my best to ensure that each order is completed to your specifications, if I do however, make a mistake, please contact me within 14 days of receipt to discuss a replacement. The replacement item will not be mailed until the original is sent back to me. Please make sure all details are correct on your order before submitting and if possible provide the wearer's measurements so that I can make sure the item will fit properly.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I only ship to US and Canada

• What are my color choices?

  I prefer to use 100% soft acrylic yarn because it holds it's shape well and is machine washable. It can be dried in a dryer, but for best results air drying is recommended. I use either Lion Brand Vanna's Choice yarns or "I Love this Yarn" by Hobby Lobby. Both are extremely soft and come in a wide variety of colors.
