• Where does this store ship from?

  We ship from Singapore.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Refunds are allowed on items that are damaged upon receipt. Please send us a photo of the damaged item and we will issue a refund. Sorry, no exchanges - our items are one of a kind!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Our store accepts international orders.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Domestic (Singapore) orders take about 10 business days to arrive. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 4 weeks.

• What about Customs duties and taxes?

  Buyers are responsible for paying any Customs duties, taxes, fees etc. imposed by their respective countries as we cannot determine these in advance.
