• What exactly is The Tiger Collection?

  The Tiger Collection is an alumni and student designed line of apparel and accessories that pays homage to the University of the Pacific. I created this line because I wanted to produce unique stuff that you’d never find in the campus bookstore, let alone, most colleges. If you’re a current student, alumni, parent, or fan of the University of the Pacific, then The Tiger Collection is for you! As of now we are in no way affiliated with the University of the Pacific.

• Where does this store ship from?

• Free Pickup on the Pacific STK Campus?

  I visit the Stockton campus every once in a while. During these visits you'll be able to pickup your order on campus for free. You just have to contact me so we can make arrangements. The easiest way to know when I'm in Stockton is to check The Tiger Collection Facebook page.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Returns are welcome as long as the item is unworn and undamaged. To return an item you must contact us within 10 days from your purchase date. We will email you a pre paid shipping label for your return. Once we receive your return we will refund your payment. Exchanges are welcome as long as the item is unworn and undamaged. To exchange an item you must contact us within 10 days from your purchase date. We will check the inventory to verify that the item you desire is in stock. If it is in stock we will email you a pre paid shipping label for your exchange. Once we receive your item we will ship you the item you are exchanging for. If the item you desire is not in stock we will process a return for you.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Due to licensing restrictions, we aren't allowed to sell licensed collegiate apparel outside of the US. Sorry.
