• Where does this store ship from?

  Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. We're just south of Raleigh.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Due to the custom nature of our products, as original works of art or limited edition prints, we do not offer returns or exchanges after we have filled the order. However, if you contact us before we fill the order, we may be able to offer an exchange. Returns, or refunds, are only possible for photography services when there is a conflict of dates, or cancelation with two weeks notice.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes! We love taking commissions from outside of the states, as well as shipping our art and books abroad.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  It depends on the item. Most art works and prints are prepared immediately after receiving an order, and you can expect to receive it in the mail from 2 to 10 business days, depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. We also offer local hand delivery for the Raleigh area, which can be even faster. International shipping times may vary from 2 an 12 weeks. And, if it is a custom order or commission, contact us.
