• Buyer Responsibility

  I make every effort to ensure the correctness of item descriptions. Each item is tagged with Item # and the length of the item to ensure a) the item is listed correctly and b) you receive the correct item. As a responsible buyer it is up to you to ask all questions prior to buying.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Returns are accepted. Exchange is encouraged. If, after you receive and review the item, you feel it was not properly represented or defective in any way, please notify me via email within 5 days and I will provide information on how to receive a complete refund for your purchase. If the item is defective or the wrong item has been shipped to you I will pay the return shipping in the same manner it was shipped to you (USPS, UPS). If you decide once receiving the item that you simply do not like it I will be happy to exchange the item for you providing you pay for the shipping back to me in the same manner it was shipped to you (USPS, UPS).

• Where does this store ship from?

  Vancouver, WA 98662 I generally ship items 1 business day following confirmation of payment. Shipping cost of $5.60 is for Flat rate Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Included is small gift box. Cheaper options available with First Class mail in bubble envelope. Gift box will not be included with this option. If you prefer this option please make offer for item with no shipping charge and I will counter offer with correct shipping price. If, after mailing, the actual postage is significantly less than that estimated, I will issue a prompt refund. It is not my intent to make money on postage and/or shipping costs.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
