What is this store's return and exchange policy?
100% Money-back guarantee I will refund purchase price, (excluding shipping costs), if for ANY reason you are unhappy with product. I must be notified within 3 days of receiving your item in order to initiate money-back guarantee.
The product must be returned in original condition, and seller must be contacted within 3 days of your receipt of the item. Return shipping is your responsibility, and it is recommended that you return item with insurance or tracking #, seller is not responsible for lost items.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We only ship jewelry outside of the US!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 2-5 business days for your items to ship in the US.
Please allow 6-20 business days for you items to ship internationally.
Please make sure that your address is up to date on PayPal, because that is the address that I will be shipping to.
Priority shipping is available upon request. If you would like priority shipping please let me know before you pay for your order so I can make necessary adjustments to the shipping cost.If you would like insurance on any item I would be glad to add that to your bill for an additional $2.00 for anything in my store (excluding international shipments - sorry it isn't available for the international rates I have posted - if you want insurance on international just inquire). Please just send me a note before paying and I will add the additional $2.00 to your total and send you a new invoice through paypal.
If the package is damaged a picture with the packaging and broken items is required. I must be contacted withing two days of receiving the package. Thank You.
