  onelifecat ships from Sydney, Australia. We ship via AustPost unless contacted by buyer oterwise be sent via insured parcel companies.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Return and exchange policy is applicable on the following - Wrong size - Faulty product - refund/exchange, the shipping costs shall be covered by the recipient. We will refund any products within 60 days from your purchase. - All products will be checked and tested thoroughly before shipping out to our valued customers. - However, all returned products must be in new and resalable conditions including the original packaging to be processed by us.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! onelifecat sends the items as gift and will declare the minimum value, unless requested otherwise. Some countries' postal sevice have customs,taxes and admin charges which will be not covered by onelifcat unfortunately.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  - Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. - Saturday and Sunday are Not considered as business days. - We ship your parcel within 2 business days upon receipt of your paid order(s). - The parcel may be delayed due to the fact that your local customs may need a longer time for further inspection. - Please understand that onelifecat cannot control any problems or delays caused by third parties.
