Store FAQ

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Turn around time for smaller items such as beanies, bows, tu-tu's, scarves, etc is 1-3 weeks for larger items such as blankets and photoprops (cocoons, hammocks) 3-5 weeks

• Where does this store ship from?

  We ship from Clarksville, TN and sometimes Chico, TX.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All sales are final unless something is done wrong on our part, such as size and color.

• Do you make custom orders?

  Yes we do! On our Facebook page under the 'Notes' Tab you will find an Order Form, there you will find instructions on what to do or write a comment to sender when ordering about changes to the item you are ordering. If you still have questions, feel free to ask and we will answer them the best we can :)

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!
