• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  There are no refunds available at this time.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We are only offering orders to the US & Canada at this time. However, I may be able to make exceptions if you message me ;)

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

• How did you come up with your store name?

  The Tiny Loon Collection is loosely based off of my actual name! :) Christine Luu. I often use Tiney Luu as my user name for different things and initially wanted to name my store the Tiney Luun. However, I decided against it because I realized the spelling looked kind of funny and figured that people would be able to remember Tiny Loon more easily :)

• Why did you open an online store?

  I have actually always wanted to open my own store :) I enjoy making crafts in my free time for others and would like to one day have an actual storefront shop in the future where I can create bigger and better things! At the moment this is just a hobby of mine that I've been wanting to create. Proceeds will be contributed to a personal fund of mine :) It is very important to me, but will remain a secret for now.

• Tell me a few personal things about yourself

  I am 22 years old. A UCLA graduate. I live on the Central Coast of California. I enjoy finding new music to listen to. I am very picky! My favorite things to eat are: salmon sushi, kbbq, strawberry paletas, mexican candy, macaroons, cheese cakes, oatmeal raisin cookies, dim sum, mangosteen, flamin' hot cheetos, strawberry fruit roll-up, orange flintstone push-ups, scrambled eggs... BUT I LIKE TO EAT SO MUCH MOAR TOO :D
