• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If there is something wrong with your purchase upon receipt please email me at leahcim@terumahartistry.com and we will work out what ever needs to be done to correct the issue. I do not accept returns because of buyers remorse or any other reason besides defect in initial product.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I would be more than happy to, however shipping can get interesting. Please email me before ordering so I can make sure we both have a full understanding of the costs of shipping and best method to use.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders are typically shipped no more than 2-3 days after the order has been place and then arrive no more than 5-7 days after shipping, most of the timing is dependent on your local postal service. If you need your order quicker, please email me prior to ordering and we can set up expedited shipping.
