What is this store's return and exchange policy?
All sales are considered final. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 5 business days of the delivered date, unworn/unused in its original packaging. There will be a 35% stocking fee, unless the return is for defective, broken, or wrong items shipped from our facility. Shipping costs for returns will not be refunded. You must request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) by email ONLY within 5 business days of receipt before making a return. Please contact Customer Service for further details.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
At this time, fab-U-tique ships merchandise via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground (our choice) to locations within the 48 contiguous states of the United States ONLY (EXCLUDES Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and US Territories).
How long will it take to receive my order?
fab-U-tique constantly strives to ensure fast and efficient method of processing and shipping out orders. When orders are received during business hours, the Shipping department will try to get the order out the same day. Please note that fab-U-luxe! Collection items ship separately from other fab-U-tique items. You will only be charged once for shipping and will receive separate notifications and tracking numbers for each shipment. Unless there is a problem with the order, all orders will be processed and shipped out at a minimum of three business days. For shipping arrival times, please visit the specified shipping carrier with the tracking number that was provided.
