• Where does this store ship from?

  Your items are shipped from California in the United States.

• What is your order processing time?

  Orders will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.

• Do you accept any other form of payment?

  If you would like to pay by U.S. Postal Money Order, please email us at dear(dot)frenchtoast(at)yahoo(dot)com with a list of items you would like to purchase. We will reply with steps of how to complete your purchase.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges or give refunds. We do our best to accurately represent our items, but colors may be slightly off due to individual monitor calibration. Please feel free to send an inquiry if you have any questions about individual items. We are also not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages due to errors made by the USPS and/or its employees. However, if you have an concerns or questions, please feel free to contact us.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once payment has cleared, your order will be shipped within 3 to 5 Business Days. Your order will be delivered either by First Class Mail or Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. Delivery Confirmation (for U.S. orders), shipping, and handling are all included in your order. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct to avoid lost packages. We are not responsible for lost packages due to mistaken addresses. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. "Everywhere Else Priority" is available for selected International countries. Packages are delivered in approximately 6-10 business days, depending on each individual country's Customs.
